This trail head provides access to the George S Mickelson Trail in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The trail, which is 109 miles in length, with the roughness index of 2, is easily navigable on bikes or trikes.

We found the signage on all rails-to-trails to be superb on our four-month cross-country trip.
